19. O acórdão

Recebi ontem o seguinte e-mail do Tribunal Europeu dos Direitos do Homem que diz que o acórdão relativo ao meu case-study (cf.  aqui e aqui) será conhecido no próximo dia 19:

The European Court of Human Rights will be notifying in writing the following judgment/s or decision/s in the following applications:

• Almeida Arroja v. Portugal, (Application Number 47238/19) on 19/03/2024
