Dear súbditos, Now, may I tell you what Ciência da Administração is, for those scientists of yours will never tell you the truth. It is the science of bureaucracy. Yours might be one of the few countries in the whole World where bureaucracy is elevated to the status of a science.
They will never tell you the truth about it because you would fairly ask: "What, is bureaucracy a science? Are we paying those scientists to make life difficult for us and to impose bureaucratic abuse on us?". And most likely you would throw them out with their petty science to the bottom of Lake Victoria.
