According to official newspaper Público, on January 19th, 2017, the Portuguese Government freed 21 million euros over the skies of the capital city of Lisbon.
They never reached its destination, St. John's Hospital in Oporto.
More than a year later - according to official TV channel, RTP - on March 16th, 2018, new money is sent to St. John's Hospital, this time by wire tranfer.
The authorization from the Finance Ministry is lagging behind but is expected soon in Oporto.
