Magistrate Tony Meadow is becoming a very popular hero. This story of him trying to put all the Portuguese people in jail is reaching record levels of audience.
The other hero in the full story is a certain Peter Throw who has a donkey, named Castro.
In order to avoid charges of sexual discrimination (maximum prison sentence: five years), the full story has also a female hero. Her name: Cathy Littleriver.
Meadow and Littleriver have one thing in common: they both failed the exams to become a judge at the Center fo Judiciary Studies, so that Meadow is now a magistrate at the Public Ministry and Littleriver is an instruction-judge (something that is a judge only in name).
