-Mr. Throw... we have just heard you proclaimed the Northern Monarchy of Portugal...

-Yes... I did ...with a couple of friends... my donkey Castro ...and his girlfriend Branca...

-We would like to talk about your choice for prime-minister...

-Paul?...

-Yes... Paul Arthur Of Castro Of Saints Rangel...

-Oh ...Paul ... he is such a great man...

-Why that choice, Mr. Throw?

-Because Paul is a champion...

-A champion!?...

-Yes... a sort of Christian Ronald...an European champion...

-An European champion!? ... of karate?...

-No... much more important than that...

-What do you mean?...

-An European champion of conflicts of interest... he has an impressive CV...

-And so what?

-Northern Monarchy  is a very liberal society with him as prime-minister...

-Why?

-Because he misses half of the sessions of the Council of Ministers... no legislation is passed in those sessions...

-Are you aiming at a sort of libertarian  Minimal State in Northern Monarchy...?

-Sure ... and Paul is the right man...in the right place...

-In your judgement... what is he doing while missing  official meetings?...

-Running law firm Fourhouses...

-Are you a client?...

-Sure...a client and a friend... 

-What for?

-Just to get some inside information about the legislative process... to have some Government laws tailored to my own interests... to lobby public officials... those kinds of things...

-I guess Paul is making lots of money "on the side"...

-What's wrong with that?... And so am I...
