As people from Catholic countries often look ridiculous and laughable because of their obsession with words, so do people from Protestant countries because of their obsession with action.

I do not dare laughing too much about it because following existing trends in a few years the same measure might be introduced in Portugal as the latest sign in the modernization of the country.
