I hope that by now I have made it clear why people with a degree in Direito in this country are so prone to enter politics and aim at positions of power.

They learn at University from early adulthood that only from a position of power in government or bureaucracy they can treat you for what, in their eyes, you really are - a súbdito - and play your life at their own will.
