A mega-criminal-inquiry was launched by Tony Meadow on the entire population of Floor's Cabins, the birthplace of Peter Throw's ancestors, about fifty quilometers from the capital city of Lisbon.
ASAE was sent to check if the cabins were built according to the regulations prescribed by law and if the ground was sufficiently firm to stand them.
Charges were laid against 423 people, representing more than 90% of the small village population.
Under Meadow's recommendation, instruction-judge Cathy Littleriver served 324 of them with an electronic bracelet, and eighty-six were kept in preventive detention, twenty-three belonging to the Throw family.
