Eu diria que a liberdade é menos necessária para as coisas importantes do que para as banais... A submissão a futilidades não provoca resistência, mas verga os indivíduos continuamente, até estes capitularem do exercício da vontade própria. O espírito é destruído e a personalidade esgotada.
PS: Artigo muito interessante sobre o impacto nefasto do excesso de regulamentação.
